The fine print, in plain English.

We sell made-to-order apparel. Product pages describe the garment, available colours, sizes, materials and current price. Screen settings and production variation can cause small differences in colour or placement.

Prices are shown in US dollars unless clearly stated otherwise. Shipping is quoted before payment. Applicable tax, when required, is calculated at checkout. Your bank may charge currency-conversion or cross-border fees.

You can review and correct your cart, address and shipping method before payment. An order is placed when Stripe confirms payment. We send the written order record and receipt to the email address provided at checkout.

We may cancel and refund an order if payment is reversed, an item cannot be produced, the address cannot be served, or the order appears fraudulent or unlawful. Acknowledging an order does not waive that right.

Items usually enter production within 2–5 business days. Carrier estimates are shown at checkout and begin after production; they are estimates, not guarantees. Tracking is sent when available.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete deliverable address. Contact us immediately if it is wrong. Changes are not guaranteed after production starts. Any customs duties or import charges not collected at checkout are the recipient's responsibility.

Misprints, defects and shipping damage are replaced or refunded at no cost when reported with a photo within 30 days of delivery. Because each item is made for one customer, change-of-mind returns and size exchanges are not automatically accepted. Contact us and we will assess size issues case by case.

Cancellation is available before production begins. After production begins, cancellation is not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms limits a refund, cancellation, warranty or other right that cannot legally be excluded.

Store content, artwork, photography and branding belong to GAY FOR JESUS or its licensors. You may not reproduce, resell, scrape or commercially exploit them without permission. You may use the store only for lawful purchases and ordinary browsing.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store or delayed delivery. Our total liability for a product claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order. These limits do not apply where prohibited by consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting any mandatory rights available where you live.
