Your business stays your business.

When you check out, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, optional phone number, cart contents and order details. Our hosting providers also process basic technical information such as IP address, browser details and request logs to operate and secure the store.

Stripe processes payment information. We receive transaction status and identifiers, but we do not receive or store your full card number.

We measure page views, product and navigation clicks, successful add-to-cart actions and checkout clicks. These events contain only known store paths, product identifiers, an external referring hostname when available, and random event and browser-tab session identifiers. Analytics events do not contain names, email addresses, order details, IP addresses, form contents, full URLs, query strings or payment references.

We use personal information to calculate shipping, process payment, send receipts, submit orders for printing and delivery, provide tracking, prevent fraud, answer support requests, handle returns and meet accounting or legal obligations.

We do not use order information for marketing unless you separately ask to hear from us.

We use aggregate store activity to understand which pages and products are useful and where shoppers leave the purchase flow. A browser-tab session is not a verified count of individual people.

We share only the information needed with Stripe for payments, Printful for printing and delivery, Resend for transactional tracking emails, and our infrastructure providers for secure hosting. These providers may process information outside your province or country, where it can be subject to local law.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect customers, or to investigate fraud or abuse.

This storefront does not maintain its own customer database. Stripe is the payment and order ledger, Printful is the production and fulfillment ledger, and your cart is stored locally in your browser. We retain delivery notification identifiers and timestamps to prevent duplicate messages; these records do not contain your address or email. Stripe may use cookies or similar technology needed for secure checkout and fraud prevention.

Analytics uses no persistent cookies or cross-site identifiers. Its random session identifier is kept in the tab's session storage until that tab is closed, with an in-memory fallback when session storage is unavailable. We remove analytics events older than 30 days during store activity and hourly reporting.

Order records are retained in provider accounts only as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, customer support, disputes, accounting and legal obligations. When information is no longer required, we delete it or rely on the provider's documented deletion process.

Store analytics respects your browser's Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. When either is enabled, the storefront does not send analytics events. Browsing and checkout continue to work.

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we control, withdraw consent where applicable, or request deletion subject to records we must retain. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

We use access controls, encrypted connections and established payment and fulfillment providers. No online system is risk-free; if a breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we will respond and notify affected people as required.
