Your business stays your business.

When you check out, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, optional phone number, cart contents and order details. Our hosting providers also process basic technical information such as IP address, browser details and request logs to operate and secure the store.

Stripe processes payment information. We receive transaction status and identifiers, but we do not receive or store your full card number.

We use personal information to calculate shipping, process payment, send receipts, submit orders for printing and delivery, provide tracking, prevent fraud, answer support requests, handle returns and meet accounting or legal obligations.

We do not use order information for marketing unless you separately ask to hear from us.

We share only the information needed with Stripe for payments, Printful for printing and delivery, and our infrastructure providers for secure hosting. These providers may process information outside your province or country, where it can be subject to local law.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect customers, or to investigate fraud or abuse.

This storefront does not maintain its own customer database. Stripe is the payment and order ledger, Printful is the production and fulfillment ledger, and your cart is stored locally in your browser. Stripe may use cookies or similar technology needed for secure checkout and fraud prevention.

Order records are retained in provider accounts only as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, customer support, disputes, accounting and legal obligations. When information is no longer required, we delete it or rely on the provider's documented deletion process.

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we control, withdraw consent where applicable, or request deletion subject to records we must retain. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

We use access controls, encrypted connections and established payment and fulfillment providers. No online system is risk-free; if a breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we will respond and notify affected people as required.
